B2B Order Pricing – FOB Shipment (Friendly Reminder 😊)

To help make your ordering and shipping experience as smooth as possible, here’s a simple explanation of how our FOB pricing works.

Our prices are quoted based on FOB (Free on Board) terms.

This means:

• We (the seller) will deliver the goods to the designated loading port in the exporting country and complete all export procedures.

• Once the goods are loaded onto the vessel, the costs and risks transfer to you (the buyer).

From that point onward, buyers will be responsible for any logistics-related fees, including but not limited to:

• International freight

• Cargo insurance (recommended for safety)

• Destination port and terminal handling charges

• Customs duties, taxes, and import clearance fees

• Storage, demurrage, or container detention fees (if applicable)

• Local transportation from the destination port to the final delivery address

To avoid delays and unnecessary charges, we kindly recommend preparing your freight forwarder’s contact details in advance. We are always happy to coordinate with your forwarder to ensure a smooth loading process.
